Malaysia eVisa fees

The Malaysia eVisa application comes with the following fees:

  • Processing fee: RM 105.00

  • Service charges:

    • e-Commerce/Mastercard payments: 0.8% of the total transaction.

    • eWallet payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay): 1.7% of the total transaction.

Visa fees may vary depending on the country of application. For instance, nationals from certain countries, such as Japan and Thailand, can benefit from gratis (free) visa applications, while other countries may have a visa fee ranging from RM 6.00 to RM 50.00, plus consulting fees.

How long is the Malaysia eVisa valid?

Your Malaysia eVisa is valid for three months from the date of issuance. The duration of stay per entry can vary depending on your nationality, but the most common duration is 30 days. Ensure that your visit does not exceed this limit to avoid penalties.

How will you receive your Malaysia eVisa?

Once your Malaysia eVisa is approved, it will be sent to your registered email address. The eVisa approval notice will be in an A4-sized printable format. Print a copy of this eVisa approval, as you will need to present it at Malaysia’s entry checkpoints.
