If you plan to study at the University of East London, you’ll need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from the university. This document proves you’ve been accepted into your course. You will also need to show that you have enough money to pay for your course and live in the UK, and you must meet the English language requirements.
The Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) is a fee you pay to use the NHS during your time in the UK.

For studying at London Metropolitan University, you will need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). You must also show you have enough money to cover your tuition fees and living costs, prove you meet the English language requirements, and have a valid passport.
Yes, you may switch from a Student Visa to a Skilled Worker Visa if you meet the requirements. You need to have a job offer from a UK employer who is licensed to sponsor skilled workers. However, if you haven’t finished your degree, it might be harder to qualify unless the job you’re offered meets the visa requirements.
